Day 2 – MBA Induction Program 2025–2027

Disharambh – Rise, Reflect, Reach

Day 2 of the induction programme was packed with engaging sessions that blended academics, awareness, skill-building, and fun activities.

🔹 The morning began with an informative session on “Unwavering: The MBA Curriculum, Assessment & Evaluation” by Ms Dipti Bajpai and Dr Rajendra Agawane, helping students understand the structure and expectations of the MBA journey.

🔹 This was followed by an important workshop on “Equality, Gender Sensitization, and POSH” conducted by Ms Vaishali Khedkar.

🔹 After the lunch break, the afternoon session by Dr Abhay Kulkarni on “Business Communication: Clarity, Confidence, Communication” highlighted the role of communication in leadership and career success.

🔹 The day concluded on a lively note with Zumba, led by Deepali and Priyanka, bringing energy, teamwork, and joy to the induction.

✨ Day 2 left students not only informed but also inspired, energised, and ready to embrace their MBA journey with confidence!

Day 1 - MBA Induction Program 2025–2027

Disharambh – Rise, Reflect, Reach

The MBA Induction Program for the 2025–2027 batch at IICMR started on 8th September 2025 with lots of energy and excitement. The day began with the National Anthem, Maharashtra Geet, and a lamp lighting ceremony to welcome the new journey.

Students got to hear inspiring talks from experts:

🔹 Dr. Abhay Kulkarni (Director, IICMR) spoke about how MBA can be a launchpad for a successful career.

🔹 Dr. Ganesh Khamgal (Director, MITCON Forum) explained how to lead with confidence during change and challenges.

🔹 Mr. Rinoo Rajesh (AI Expert) shared how Artificial Intelligence is shaping the future and why students should be ready for it.

The day also included the launch of Gyandoot (Induction Handbook) and an MoU signing with MITCON Solutions. The program ended with a vote of thanks and networking lunch, where students interacted with faculty, guests, and friends.

✨ Day 1 was full of learning, motivation, and excitement – a perfect start to the MBA journey!
