Dr. Ashwini Kulkarni

Dr. Ashwini Kulkarni is working as an Executive Director of the Parent Trust Audyogik Tantra Shikshan Sanstha (ATSS). She is an Engineer with post-graduation in management and has completed her Doctorate in 'School Education management'.

Dr. Ashwini Kulkarni works on various committees of state voc. Board and Professional Associations. She has played an active role in establishing the various Institutes under ATSS and nurturing them to institutions par excellence. A prolific people's person, known for her empathy and compassion, defined quality in education in many spheres. Her specialties include Career Counseling and Mentoring. Her passionate leadership has inspired many careers with 24 years of rich industry and teaching experience.

Dr. Manisha Kulkarni

A law graduate with post-graduation in Personnel Management is a philanthropic at heart. She is a certified NLP Trainer, and a social activist. She is a Counselor with abilities to touch lives and transform them. A life skills trainer and 19 years of extensive experience of reaching out to the masses, communication means a service to humanity to her. She has conducted workshops and seminars for Corporates, Faculty Members, Youth, Women and children.

Dr. Jayashri Murali Iyengar

Dr. Jayasri Murali Iyengar has completed B.sc, MCA, MBA (Finance and International Business). Pursuing PhD in financial management. She was born on 30-07-1969 She has more than 20 years' experience in Industry and Teaching. She has engaged lectures in leading Business Schools and teaches Business Research, Management Information system, Decision science, Corporate Finance and Employability Skills . She has authored books on Management Information System, Decision Science and Business Research and Direct taxation. Her research interest is in the area of Financial Management. She has participated, presented and published papers and case studies in leading national and international journals. She has been awarded the Best Teacher from Lions Club of Pune in association with Ajeenkya D. Y. Patil University.

Dr. Vinod Bhelose

Dr. Vinod Bhelose is a graduate of Mumbai University with B.Com., and post graduate of Savitribai Phule Pune University with MBA & PhD in Financial Management. He is holding experience more than 8 years of academic and 21 years in total. He has presented and published 6 research papers in National & International Conferences, and Journals out of which 3 with students under his Summer Internship Project (SIP) guidance.

He is sound in technical skills like Excel, SPSS. He has attended training and development programs on Research Methodology and Data analysis. An innovative & creative ability makes his distinct identity.

He is awarded with “Keshav Pushpa Puraskar” – Best Teacher Award for the Year 2020-21 by MBA@IICMR.

Mrs. Dipti Bajpai

Mrs. Dipti Bajpai is a post graduate in commerce and PGD in Systems and Management from IISWBM. She also holds a certificate in Design Thinking from University of Virginia. She has published research paper on innovation and design thinking. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D from Savitribai Phule Pune University.

She holds experience in business research and market analysis. She has corporate experience of 3 years and in academics for 6 years. Besides she also works as a freelancer and holds keen interest in content writing and writing blogs.

Mr. Harshal Patil

• SME- Business Analytics

Mr. Harshal Patil has completed B.Sc, M.Sc(CS), MBA(IT). His interested area of teaching is Statistics ,Advanced Statistics using R, Python, Business Analytics and Artificial Intelligence. He has seven years of Corporate and teaching experience at different levels of Data Science domain. He is currently pursuing Ph.D in Organizational Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University.

He has sound experience in data science projects implementation using deep learning technologies like keras, py-torch and tensorflow. He is expertise in statistical predictive models and interpreting results and business problem solving.

He has also presented and published several Research papers in National conferences and has attended several FDP’s.

He has engaged lectures in leading Business Schools and teaches Machine Learning using Python, Basic Business Analytics using R and Artificial Intelligence in AI applications.

Dr. Rajendra J Agawane

Dr. Rajendra J Agawane is Commerce Graduate from Dhananjayrao Gadgil College of Commerce, Satara and MBA from Dhananjayrao Gadgil College of Commerce, Satara, under (Shivaji University, Kolhapur) with first class in Marketing and Human Resource Management as Specialisation.

He is UGC-NET qualified and M. Phil. (Business management) from Shivaji University, Kolhapur. He has guided several students for their internship Project and mentored them to solve relevant Case studies of Management Areas.

He has total of 14 years of Experience in industry and Teaching at Post Graduate level.

Dr. Swapnisha Pankaj Khambayat

Swapnisha P. Khambayat is science graduate and took degree of MBA from North Maharashtra university in first division.

She has completed 14 years of experience in teaching and guiding at post graduate level. She has also completed certification from IIM Banglore in Strategic Management.

Contributed as Vice President Corporate World Class Manufacturing At Aditya Birla Group, Responsible for implementing world class manufacturing in Group of Companies (Major focus on TPM, Operational Excellence) He has received Received QATA gold medal award for initiating sustainable improvement projects.

Ms. Pooja Nalawade
